Service and Usage Agreement

SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the terms and conditions for the use of web hosting, virtual server (VDS), domain name, and related digital services provided by vdspace.com.tr (“Service Provider”). Any user who visits the website and/or purchases services is deemed to have accepted this Agreement.

1. Parties

This Agreement is concluded electronically between vdspace.com.tr and the customer purchasing the service (“User”).

2. Service Description

vdspace.com.tr provides web hosting, virtual server (VDS), domain name, and related digital infrastructure services electronically. Purchased services are digital in nature and no physical delivery is made.

3. Service Activation and Delivery

3.1. Services are automatically activated following payment confirmation.
3.2. Activation time may vary depending on system load.
3.3. The User agrees that service details will be sent to the registered email address.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1. Service fees are charged based on the amounts specified during the order.
4.2. Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment providers.
4.3. Service activation will not occur until payment is completed.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

5.1. Since all services provided are digital and instantly performed services, all sales are final and non-refundable.
5.2. By completing the purchase, the User accepts this condition in advance.
5.3. If the service cannot be technically provided at all, the Service Provider reserves the right to review the situation.

6. User Obligations

The User agrees that they will:

a) use the services in compliance with all applicable laws,
b) not host spam, malware, phishing, or illegal content,
c) not engage in activities that may harm the systems,
d) be responsible for the security of their account.

7. Suspension and Termination

vdspace.com.tr reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in the following cases:

- detection of illegal use
- abuse or activities threatening system security
- payment disputes or chargebacks
- violation of this Agreement

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider shall not be held liable for:

- indirect damages,
- data loss,
- loss of profit.

The User is responsible for maintaining regular backups.

9. Right to Modify

vdspace.com.tr reserves the right to update the terms of this Agreement without prior notice. The updated version becomes effective upon publication on the website.
